Every day, North Carolina Troopers help people. We help travelers across our state—both residents and visitors. We help businesses. We help other law enforcement organizations. We’re guardians of North Carolina’s well-being.

That’s a tall order. It demands a high degree of professionalism, courage and commitment.

The NCTA exists to support the men and women who accept this challenge to provide the best police services to the people of our state. NCTA is made up of Troopers willing to make one more commitment – the commitment to help each other.
