• Silver Level: Contribution of $200-299 annually
• Gold Level: Contribution of $300-499 annually
• Platinum Level: Contribution of $500-999 annually
• Diamond Level: Contrbution of $1000-2499 annually
• Premiere Level: Contribution of $2500-4900 annually
• Legacy Level: Contribution of $5000 or more annually
